The last few days I have been working on these outer flares of the mudguards.
Years ago I had to cut the old inner rims off because of rust.
I put them both back on to see if they fitted properly.
I left them and worked on something else after feeling happy with the job.
Now though I need to do something with the outer flares because of years of damage done through traffic and collisions etc.
The first one took hrs to get right before filling and now ready for paint.
The other will take just as long with plenty of hamming and dolly work.
The first one pictured also has new piping around the top of the guard.
Fun job that was.
